How Rellio handles your account and subscription data
Rellio is built to help individuals and small teams understand recurring spend without hiding how records are created. This page explains the baseline rules for what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect the account details you provide, the workspace settings you choose, and subscription signals used to build your dashboard.
- Email address, display name, and authentication details needed to access your account.
- Connected Gmail metadata and billing-related message content used to detect recurring subscriptions.
- Subscription records, evidence, review decisions, and settings generated inside your workspace.
How Gmail access works
When you connect Gmail, Rellio uses read-only access to analyze billing and account activity emails. Rellio does not send, delete, or edit your email.
- We use Gmail data to detect subscriptions, renewal timing, cancellation signals, and uncertain records that need review.
- We limit the product to subscription intelligence and related workspace features.
- You can disconnect your Gmail connection from inside the app.
Why we use your data
- To authenticate you and keep your workspace secure.
- To generate subscription records, evidence trails, and renewal insights you can review.
- To support account operations such as notifications, security, and service reliability.
Sharing and retention
Rellio does not sell your personal data. We retain account and workspace data only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, or support account recovery and audit needs.
