Terms of Service
Operator and scope
These terms are between you and the Rellio operator identified in your private-beta invitation, onboarding materials, or billing confirmation. They apply to the website, web application, connected Gmail workflows, and related support or communications provided as part of the service.
Before wider public launch, Rellio may replace this beta wording with a formal entity notice and more specific legal contact details.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not share access in a way that bypasses seat, plan, or account restrictions that apply to the service.
- You must be legally capable of entering into these terms.
Permitted use
- You may use Rellio only for lawful purposes and only in connection with managing subscription and recurring-spend information.
- You may not interfere with service availability, security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
- You may not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, copy, resell, or misuse the service except where applicable law clearly permits it.
- You may not use Rellio to process data you are not authorized to access.
Gmail and third-party services
- Google sign-in and Gmail connection features are subject to Google platform requirements, permissions, and service availability.
- When you connect Gmail, you represent that you are authorized to grant that access for the relevant inbox or account.
- Rellio relies on third-party platforms and infrastructure that may change, degrade, or become unavailable without notice.
Service outputs and your decisions
Rellio surfaces subscription records, confidence signals, merchant matches, timelines, and evidence to support your review. The service is an operational intelligence tool, not accounting, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for any financial, business, or operational decisions you make based on the service.
Beta features and service changes
Rellio may update, improve, limit, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves. Some features may be labeled beta, preview, or experimental and may change more frequently.
We may modify these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we should update the effective date and post the revised version on this page.
Fees and billing
Rellio currently offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. The current product pricing and limits are presented on the billing page and at checkout. At the time of writing, the Free plan includes one Gmail connection and up to ten tracked subscriptions, while Pro is billed monthly and currently includes up to three Gmail connections, unlimited tracked subscriptions, and access to paid product surfaces.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Billing is handled through Stripe. You may manage payment methods and cancel through the customer billing portal. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the point of purchase, fees are non-refundable and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing, plan structure, included limits, or available features over time. If we make a material change to paid access, we should update the pricing presented at purchase and reflect any revised terms here.
Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the service at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or behavior that threatens the service or other users.
- We may also suspend access if required by law, by a platform provider, or for urgent security remediation.
Intellectual property
Rellio and its related software, branding, layouts, and service materials are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. They do not transfer ownership of the service or underlying intellectual property.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rellio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect subscription detection, complete merchant resolution, or error-free outputs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Rellio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service should not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum non-zero amount required by applicable law if you paid no fees, whichever is greater.
Governing law and disputes
During private beta, these terms are intended to be governed by the law and venue communicated in your beta invitation, onboarding materials, or billing confirmation, excluding any conflict-of-laws rules, unless applicable law requires a different forum or process.

For legal, account, or terms-related questions, use the support or contact address listed in your beta invitation, onboarding materials, or billing confirmation.
